Trust here is specific. Every badge names the thing that was checked and when.
How trust is built
Availability is evidence, not optimism
A date is only 'confirmed' when a merchant confirmed it.
- 'Eligible' means static rules match — not that the date is free
- Confirmations expire and are then shown as needing reconfirmation
- Holds display their own expiry countdown
Money follows confirmation
Nothing is charged for a part nobody accepted.
- Amounts are due only after the relevant suborder is confirmed
- Every schedule step names what it depends on
- Refund paths follow each merchant's published policy
Reporting and disputes
A human path exists at every step.
- Report a merchant, a guest or a piece of content from its own screen
- Disputes are handled against the order timeline
- We record what changed, who requested it and who approved it
